Golfing will be our forever passion

Funds raised at this event are dedicated to providing scholarship assistance for children, families and seniors, and expanding YMCA programming and services for everyone in the Englewood community.

Just this past year, the Englewood YMCA was able to serve the community like never before. When the devastating effects of COVID-19 landed on our doorsteps, we quickly mobilized to provide our community with essential services. While others began to close their doors last Spring, our YMCA opened our doors wider. By providing emergency childcare, virtual learning centers, senior and member outreach and expanding food programs, our Y was able to continue serving kids and families in their greatest time of need.

We had all become friends over the sport of golf. Specifically, phone app golf. These were some of the best guys I’d met in the past three years. It was decided at some point to actually meet in person and get a real round of golf together.joined our group around the same time. We all bonded over thumb golf, funny chats, laughing at Cuz’s temper tantrums and his Russoisms.What’s a Russoism? A Russoism is any crazy.
